Users may access Ennea AI only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the applicable customer agreement, acceptable use rules, and role permissions assigned by their organization.

Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that uploaded data may lawfully be processed in Ennea AI.

Customers retain ownership of their production data, files, configurations, and operational records. Ennea processes customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service.

Konnie outputs, plans, suggestions, and automations should be reviewed by qualified users before being used for safety-critical, regulated, financial, or operationally material decisions.

Ennea may update features, documentation, integrations, and security controls over time. Beta, demo, preview, or experimental features may change or be withdrawn.

The service is provided under the applicable written agreement. These baseline website terms do not override a signed customer contract.
