Ennea uses third-party providers for hosting, observability, analytics, email, storage, AI model access, and customer support. This page should be updated with the exact provider list before production customer rollout.

Customers that need a Data Processing Addendum should contact privacy@ennea-ai.com. The DPA should define roles, processing instructions, security controls, subprocessors, international transfers, audit rights, and deletion or return procedures.
