How Ennea AI collects, uses, protects, and shares personal data for its websites and manufacturing operations platform.

Last updated: May 19, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Ennea AI websites, the Ennea application, customer onboarding, support, and product communications. Customer production data, machine telemetry, files, and Konnie interactions are handled as customer-controlled business data under the relevant customer agreement.

This policy is intended as an operational baseline and should be reviewed by counsel before production reliance.

Data We Collect

Account and contact data, including name, email address, organization, role, language preference, and authentication metadata.

Product data needed to provide the service, such as production orders, work-center configuration, machine events, forms, files, integrations, messages, and Konnie memories or task outputs configured by the customer.

Security and usage data, including IP address, user agent, request logs, device identifiers for shop-floor accounts, support messages, and privacy-focused site analytics.

How We Use Data

To provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Ennea AI platform, including Konnie, planning, shop-floor, dashboard, integration, and administration workflows.

To authenticate users, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, send service communications, and manage customer relationships.

Customer data is not sold. Customer production data is not used to train shared public models unless a separate written agreement allows it.

Processors and Transfers

Ennea uses infrastructure, analytics, communications, and AI service providers to operate the platform. Current subprocessors are listed on the Subprocessors page.

Where data is transferred internationally, Ennea will use appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments, data processing terms, and technical access controls.

Retention and Rights

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer-controlled product data is retained according to the customer agreement and configured deletion processes.

Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to processing of personal data. Requests can be sent to privacy@ennea-ai.com.
